With its original gas piping and knob-and-tube wiring, the home had been through several stages of electrical evolution. Paul’s task was to bring it into the modern era, rewiring the entire system with the latest technology—all while preserving the historic integrity of the house. It was a fascinating look back through time, but also a testament to Paul’s expertise in blending old with new.

As MTBS grew, Paul took on the role of mentor, guiding new talent like Kyle Troll. Kyle was so nervous during the interview process that Paul almost didn’t hire him. Despite initial challenges, Kyle’s confidence blossomed under Paul’s mentorship. Today, Kyle is MTBS’s longest-standing employee, beloved by clients who appreciate his warmth and skill.
